These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wild Roots Lab website and the purchase of research compounds offered for sale on it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Materials are sold to qualified researchers and laboratories only. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorized to receive in vitro research materials at the destination address.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied for in vitro laboratory research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, food, drug, cosmetic, or household applications. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept the research-use-only disclaimer.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. Where an order is cancelled before fulfillment, any amounts charged will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via the merchant gateway or via Bitcoin/Lightning through OpenNode. Card credentials are processed by the gateway and are never stored by Wild Roots Lab. Bitcoin invoices are time-limited and may expire if payment is not received.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring the materials they order are legal to import at the destination address.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Roots Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of materials sold through the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wild Roots Lab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
