Refund Policy

Because Wild Roots Lab supplies controlled-environment research materials, most orders are non-returnable once shipped. The terms below describe the limited cases in which refunds are issued.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or differs from the items ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. Verified issues are resolved by reshipment or full refund at our discretion.

Cancelled orders

Orders cancelled before fulfillment are refunded in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Bitcoin payments

Bitcoin and Lightning refunds are returned to a wallet address you provide. Where a refund is issued, the USD value at the time of the original transaction is refunded in BTC; price volatility is the customer's responsibility.

Card payments

Card refunds are issued to the original payment method via the merchant gateway. Settlement times vary by issuer.
