Frequently asked questions
Compliance-safe answers to common operational questions. We do not provide medical, dosing, or human-use guidance.
What does “research use only” mean?+
Materials labeled “research use only” are sold solely for in vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, food, drug, cosmetic, or household applications. By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that the materials will only be used in compliance with applicable laws and laboratory protocols.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?+
Yes. Every active lot has a corresponding COA showing HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry verification. COAs are linked from the relevant product page when published, and any active lot can be looked up via the lab results page.
How do I verify a batch?+
Use the lot number printed on your vial and enter it into the lab results lookup. If the lot is active, you will see the product name, purity, test date, and a link to download the COA.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Bitcoin and Lightning Network payments via OpenNode, and card payments through an approved merchant gateway. Card credentials are processed by the gateway and are never stored by Wild Roots Lab.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship to most jurisdictions where the import of research-grade compounds is permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the materials they order are legal to receive at the destination address. Orders to prohibited destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
What happens if a Bitcoin payment expires?+
Bitcoin and Lightning invoices are time-limited. If the invoice expires before payment is received, the order moves to an
EXPIRED state and inventory is released. You will receive an email with a link to place a new order — no funds are deducted.Research Use Only
